If You Miss “Kissy” – Or Happen to Lose your Dog

Kissy – A Bichon Frise

If you find this dog wandering around the Woodlands, chances are that she escaped from her home in Section 7 and her owners are looking for her.

Kissy is a Bichon Frise and belongs to Leora and David Rhum at 5708 Bamboo Circle.  She loves to wander off and if you see this dog, just bring her back to her owners.  Hopefully she will have her tags on by then with their phone number.

At this moment, Kissy is sleeping near my feet after being picked up wandering near Woodlands Boulevard today.  Luckily, I recognized her immediately and I took her home with me until I could reach her owners by phone.

Neighbors, let’s try to keep our pets and owners together.  You can make it easier to do so by keeping identification on your pets at all times.

Next time it may not be a resident that finds your dog.  It would be awful if someone else were driving through and decided to keep her.

This dog, if “escaping” has done so each day the last 5 days or so. It may be small, it may be cute, but it is getting annoying and disrespectful to the neighbors. Every day, multiple times a day, this dog is now scratching at our front door and/or running along the pool and fence area annoying our 3 dogs sending them into barking fits. Not to mention I wonder how much dog poo is potentially waiting to be stepped on now in our yards. It is a sweet dog, but cars and coyotes will be no match for her. Something needs to be done, I just don’t know what, but it is really bad and really disrespectful especially this past week.
