City of Miami Gardens to host JITG Music Fest 2024 in March

Miami, Florida – The Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival is set to make a grand return to the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, with an impressive lineup for its 2024 edition. Scheduled for Saturday, March 9, and Sunday, March 10, the festival is gearing up to offer a two-day musical journey across a spectrum of genres, promising an experience rich in diversity and talent.

Star-Studded Performances Across Genres

The festival kicks off with day one being hosted by the talented comedian Jess Hilarious. Attendees can look forward to a variety of performances from artists like Summer Walker, Jazmine Sullivan, Davido, bringing the vibrant sounds of Afrobeat, alongside gospel music sensation Kirk Franklin, Omarion, Tink, and Eric Bellinger. Adding to the excitement will be a special DJ set by Kid Capri, ensuring the festival starts on a high note.

Day two continues the momentum with comedian Ricky Smiley taking over the hosting duties. Headliner Maxwell is set to enchant the audience, with additional performances by Babyface, Tamia, Jaheim, Marsha Ambrosius, October London, Jeezy, and Scarface also taking the stage. DJ Cassidy will bring his renowned “Pass The Mic Live!” segment to the festival, with special guests yet to be announced, adding an element of surprise to the festivities.

The Jazz in the Gardens festival is partnering with the Black Promoters Collective (BPC) for this year’s event. BPC’s involvement is aimed at enhancing the festival’s brand and introducing a mix of genres, including for the first time, the Afrobeat genre, to the lineup. Troy Brown, BPC Partner and Chief Marketing Officer, expressed excitement over the collaboration and the promise of delivering an unforgettable experience for festival-goers.

Miami Gardens Mayor Rodney Harris highlighted the significance of this year’s festival and the partnership with BPC, emphasizing the commitment to showcasing the rich cultural diversity of the Miami Gardens and South Florida region through a lineup of talented artists.

Tickets for the festival are already on sale, with options ranging from $186 for General Admission (2-day) to $1,500 for Titanium Level (2-day) tickets. The Titanium Level offers attendees premium benefits, including elevated seating, access to a stage viewing area, open bar, and more.

Last year, the festival saw performances from notable artists like Charlie Wilson, Erykah Badu, and Jill Scott, setting a high bar for this year’s lineup.
