Originally run by AD1 Global, a well-known hotel management business based in Hollywood, Florida, this 120-room establishment is situated at 6800 NW 88th Avenue in Tamarac, Florida.
President of NexGen Hotels Chris Patel expressed excitement about the purchase, underlining the strategic relevance of the Fort Lauderdale location to their operations.
