Originally run by AD1 Global, a well-known hotel management business based in Hollywood, Florida, this 120-room establishment is situated at 6800 NW 88th Avenue in Tamarac, Florida.
President of NexGen Hotels Chris Patel expressed excitement about the purchase, underlining the strategic relevance of the Fort Lauderdale location to their operations.
“We are thrilled to add the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Northwest to the NexGen portfolio of hotels,” says Chris Patel. “The Fort Lauderdale area remains a key area for us, and we feel that the Fairfield Inn brand is a good fit for this area as well as our portfolio.”
Ideally located just 12 miles from the busy Fort Lauderdale International Airport, the Fairfield Inn & Suites sits on the Colony Golf Course.
