Westlake, Florida – The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) teamed up with the Miami Gardens Police Department in a successful operation. Their joint effort led to the recovery of a felony vehicle in Westlake.
The operation took place on Monday, around 6:55 p.m., when the PBSO K-9 unit responded to a tip and arrived at a residence on Canopy Grove Drive. Once at the scene, they discovered the vehicle in question, a 2010 silver Honda Accord, which had been identified as a felony vehicle by the Miami Gardens Police Department.
The PBSO played a crucial role in assisting the Miami Gardens detectives. They conducted interviews with everyone present at the residence, gathering information for their investigation. Following these interviews, the silver Honda Accord was towed to the PBSO impound lot.
Highlighting the significance of this operation, the sheriff’s office emphasized the importance of collaboration between law enforcement agencies. “This is what we call collaboration in action for a safer community,” the sheriff’s office stated.
