Pompano Beach, Florida – A resident of Pompano Beach became the latest millionaire in the Florida Lottery after winning $1 million from the Gold Rush Doubler scratch-off game.

The man, whose identity The Woodlands Tamarac chose not to disclose, decided to receive his prize as a one-time, lump-sum payment in the amount of $685,000.

The lucky ticket was purchased at Publix, located at 1003 East Commercial Boulevard in Oakland Park, South Florida. This store is also set to benefit from Marc’s win, as they will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.

This is the second time in just a few days that someone has benefited from the Florida Lottery scratch-off game. The recent win of a Volusia County woman, who also secured a $1 million prize from the Florida Lottery, confirms the $5 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER scratch-off game’s reputation of featuring more than 13 million winning tickets and over $188 million in cash prizes, including 28 top prizes of $1 million.
