Pompano Beach prepares for fifth annual jazz festival with beachfront stages and national headliners

Pompano Beach, Florida – Pompano Beach is preparing for another weekend where music and ocean air meet, as Pompano Beach Arts gets ready to welcome back Jazz Fest Pompano Beach for its fifth annual celebration.
The free festival is set for Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the Fisher Family Pier, 222 N Pompano Beach Boulevard, turning the beachfront into a lively gathering place for jazz lovers, families and visitors looking for a memorable spring event.
Now marking its fifth year, the festival has steadily built a reputation as one of the area’s standout cultural traditions.
Over time, it has attracted tens of thousands of attendees, growing into a major draw with a combination of nationally known performers, strong South Florida acts and a setting that gives every performance a little extra atmosphere.
This year’s main stage lineup brings a wide range of talent across both days. On Saturday, festivalgoers can catch performances by Kim Scott, Richard Elliot and headliner Brian Culbertson. Sunday’s program shifts into a different groove with The Purple Project: Reimagining the Music of Prince, led by Martin Bejerano, followed by Walter Beasley and headliner Ghost-Note.
Alongside the featured performers, the Local Talent Stage will once again shine a light on regional artists.
Saturday’s lineup from 1 to 5 p.m. includes Haley Cove, Garçon de Kilimanjaro and Nicole Kidd. On Sunday, from noon to 4 p.m., audiences can hear The Fella Band, Kizie The Violist and Inner Court. That added layer of local music gives the festival a broader rhythm, blending headline acts with homegrown creativity.
Food will also be a major part of the weekend, with the Beachside Taste of Pompano offering selections from a long list of local spots.
Among the participating favorites are Lucky Fish, Oceanic, The Beach House, Baresco, How You Brewin?, Falafel Beach Grill, The Briny Pub, Taco Station, Carlucci’s, Lola’s on the Water, Zoe’s Beachside Grill and Stingers.
