Major drop in gas prices across Miami stations recorded over the last week

Miami, Florida – Miami is witnessing a significant drop in gas prices, offering some relief to motorists. The latest data show that the average price for a gallon of regular gas in Miami is now $3.04. This price reflects a decrease of 9.2 cents per gallon over the past week.

A survey conducted by GasBuddy, which involved 1,690 gas stations in the Miami area, revealed more about this downward trend. The data shows that current gas prices in Miami are 10.3 cents per gallon lower than they were a month ago. Furthermore, when compared to the same period last year, prices have dropped by a substantial 38.3 cents per gallon.

The range of gas prices in Miami is quite wide. On Sunday, the lowest price recorded was $2.39 per gallon, whereas the highest price soared to $4.99 per gallon.

This trend is not just local. Nationally, the average gas price has also seen a slight decrease. It fell by 0.8 cents, bringing the national average to $3.03 per gallon.
