Dance inspired water workouts offer joint friendly full body fitness with music in Tamarac

Tamarac, Florida – Aqua Dance Fit is coming to the Caporella Aquatic Center in Tamarac, where people can have fun and get fit at the same time. The program starts on Tuesday, September 30, at 9:15 a.m., and there will be further sessions throughout October.
The lesson is meant to mix happy, dance-like movements with the natural resistance of water. With upbeat music, participants can expect a full-body workout that builds muscle, increases flexibility, and promotes heart health. Even though it has a lot of energy, the format is still easy on the joints, so anyone can do it. You don’t need to have danced before.
Sessions will take place at 9300 NW 58th Street, and you can choose between morning and evening times. People who want to join early can do so on Tuesday, September 30, at 9:15 a.m., and again on Wednesday, October 8, at 6:30 p.m. There are more dates on Tuesday, October 14, and Wednesday, October 22. Every session gives residents a chance to stay active and enjoy the social ambiance of working out with other people.
Aqua Dance Fit is more than simply fitness, say the people who put it together. It’s a chance to have fun and keep healthy at the same time. Water acts as a natural cushion, making motions easy on the body while yet getting good results. The lessons are more than just about fitness; they also want to make participants feel welcome and keep them motivated and engaged.
