Tampa, Florida – A lucky individual in Tampa matched five numbers in the Powerball drawing on Monday night.

The numbers drawn that led to the substantial win were 10, 17, 20, 39, 44, and Powerball 16. This winning ticket was sold at the Stop & Save Food Store located at 4801 Clewis Avenue in Tampa, as confirmed by the Florida Lottery. The lucky player chose to add the Power Play option to their ticket for an additional cost of just $1, doubling their prize from $1 million to an impressive $2 million.
While the $656 million jackpot remained unclaimed, this Monday night’s drawing saw substantial wins across the country, with $1 million tickets sold in Virginia, Minnesota, and Maryland. Additionally, two players in Texas also secured $1 million each.

With no jackpot winner, the Powerball prize has now climbed to an estimated $687 million, with a cash option valued at $327.3 million. Powerball players will be looking forward to the next draw, scheduled for Wednesday.
