Tamarac offers outdoor H.I.I.T. classes at Caporella Fitness Center for all fitness levels

Tamarac, Florida – Tamarac residents who want to stay active this season can go to the Caporella Fitness Center for a High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) session led by personal trainer Blaine Lemelle. The classes are for people of all fitness levels and claim to be both tough and exciting, including strength, cardio, and endurance training.

9300 NW 58th Street is where the outdoor sessions are held on Tuesdays and Fridays from 6 to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 to 9 a.m. Participants can go for free with their fitness club membership or pay $8 each class. The center accepts cash or major credit cards.

H.I.I.T. is known for its ability to deliver results in a relatively short amount of time. The workout can help you burn calories, lose body fat, build strength, and enhance your heart health by combining short bursts of intense activity with longer periods of rest or lower-intensity movement. With Lemelle’s help, everyone, from beginners to experienced athletes, may change the exercises to fit their level of fitness while still pushing themselves to get better.

People who come to class should bring their own mat and water. The outside setting not only gives you fresh air, but it also changes up the workout environment, which makes it a nice change from working out in a gym.

Many people like H.I.I.T. because it gets results quickly. With just one hour of focused work, individuals can get a full workout that works out several muscle groups, increases endurance, and makes them feel accomplished. In addition to being a good workout, it’s also a good way to meet new people.

Those who want to join can just show up at the right times and pay in person if they aren’t already members of the fitness center. If you want to know more, you may call the Caporella Fitness Center at (954) 597-3661.
