Joseph Lubin Jr. was last seen around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, in the area of the 800 block of Northeast 11th Avenue in Pompano Beach. He is described as being approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds. Lubin has black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black shirt and black shorts.
