Encouraging Youth Engagement

The program targets youth aged 15-24, encouraging them to engage in climate action and design innovative solutions. “With 84 percent of youth around the world reporting that they are worried about how climate change threatens people and the planet,” the initiative will provide the necessary technical assistance and funding to help young people address urgent climate issues within the community.

This opportunity highlights the critical role that youth play in tackling environmental challenges and promotes active participation in creating a sustainable future for Broward County.
